Does the SOLYS system provide information that can be applied across other business functions?
Yes. Not only does SOLYS unleash the power of collaboration within your sales organization, but other key business teams—marketing, finance, product development, supply chain — can also access the system to experience and apply the value of the knowledge to the development of their own strategies.
Can SOLYS be implemented as a single solution for all of my retail teams?
SOLYS is configurable for use with the POS data of any retailer. Implementation simply requires access to the data source and the time for building the database and configuring the system.
Will an implementation require significant expenditure in systems?
Not at all. The SOLYS platform is based on the Microsoft® suite of office products and is available as an individual desktop application or server-installed.
How well does SOLYS address the individual needs of different retail teams?
Extremely well. Single manufacturers have used SOLYS successfully with multiple retail teams, including Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Family Dollar, Food Lion and Meijer.
What training support do you offer SOLYS users and how do you deliver that support?
Your SOLYS contract includes basic team training, function-specific training and comprehensive training for data administrators. This support is delivered in one of many ways to meet your needs at any one time: in-person training, remote WebEx training, self-paced tutorials and user group forums.
How long does it take to implement the SOLYS solution?
The timeframe for complete implementation, from assessment to follow up, is typically four to six weeks:
